The SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) registration
ITF Enhancing Human Security (ITF) would like to inform all companies and organizations which are applying for funds as part of ITF tender procedure, within the US government awards to ITF that they should register and obtain the following:
- The SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) registration.
What is SAM?
The System for Award Management (SAM) is the Official U.S. Government system that consolidated and combined federal procurement systems and the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance into one new system. SAM includes the functionality from the following systems:
- CCR - Central Contractor Registry
- FedReg - Federal Agency Registration,
- Online Representations and Certifications Application - ORCA
- Excluded Parties List System – EPLS.
Interested organizations/companies should register and obtain SAM registration at https://www.sam.gov/index.html/#1 .
Please note that every company/organization is required to have a valid SAM registration before sending the offers when applying for ITF tenders as valid SAM registration will be one of the eligibility requirements in the upcoming ITF tenders.
The information regarding the SAM registration requirement will also be referenced in the Invitation to tender.
