The 17th SEEMACC meeting held in Šibenik, Croatia
The purpose of the meeting was continuation of regional cooperation in the field of mine action. During the meeting through discussion SEEMACC members/observers agreed on the common base of the joint training programs for employees in mine action structur
SEEMACC members/observers adopted conclusion of the Minutes of the 16th SEEMACC Meeting and signed the Rules of Procedure (non-attending members entrusted with signatory rights will sign the Rules in the later stage).
Furthermore during the meeting through discussion SEEMACC members/observers agreed on the common base of the joint training programs for employees in mine action structures, which should be carried out with shared pool of lecturers. The members/observers also discussed the issue of the SEEMACC recognizability in the mine action environment worldwide.
SEEMACC members/observers reiterated the need and dedication of the regional cooperation in the field of mine action in South East Europe and wider.
