Czech Republic donation to ITF
On 05 September 2011, Mr Dorijan Maršič, ITF Director and H.E. Mr Petr Voznica, Ambassador of the Czech Republic to the Republic of Slovenia, signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the donation in total amount of 17.000 EUR (425.000 Czech Crowns).
On 05 September 2011, Mr Dorijan Marši?, ITF Director and H.E. Mr Petr Voznica, Ambassador of the Czech Republic to the Republic of Slovenia, signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the donation in total amount of 17.000 EUR (425.000 Czech Crowns) out of which 12.000 EUR is earmarked for demining project in Bosnia and Herzegovina and 5.000 EUR for the Project »Rehabilitation of Children – Victims of Conflict from Gaza«, initiated by the President of the Republic of Slovenia, Dr Danilo Türk.
H.E. Mr Petr Voznica, President of the ITF Board of Advisors, is familiar with the problem of mine contamination and praised the excellent work ITF has done especially in the region of South East Europe. Mr Marši? thanked H.E. Mr Petr Voznica for all the efforts and Czech Republic for altogether contributing more than 1,05 million EUR to the ITF through regular donations.
