A follow-up B&H Mine Victims Assistance Workshop in Banja Luka

The Second National Mine Victims Assistance Workshop was held in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina from 28 to 29 November 2007. The Workshop was a follow-up of February 2007 Workshop held in Sarajevo and again brought together representatives from the Entity Ministries, International Agencies, NGOs and mine survivors themselves. 

The aim of the follow up workshop was to review the MVA activities in 2007 in the light of conclusions of the first workshop that was held in Sarajevo in February 2007 and to set the prioritites and identify tasks in the field of medical assistance, physical rehabilitation, psycho-social support and economic reintegration.
