ITF director Marši? and his deputy Ga?nik presented the latest results of ITF actvities in SE Europe region. This was also the occassion to express the appreciation to Senator Harkin for continuous support and contribution to ITF story of success.
Senator Harkin plays an active role in American Congress supporting the field of humanitarian activites and is signatory of Appropriation Act which provides US funds for ITF activities each year. Since 1998 United Stated of America donated through ITF $82,5 million and is the biggest donor for Humanitarian Mine Action in the world.
