The members and observers of the SEEMACC convened on a 18th regular meeting. The agenda among others included the review of SEEMACC members/observers activities in 2007, presentation on new regional project, revision of needs on regional level and discussion on new regional initiatives and joint projects.

Moreover, the event of the military ammunition depot explosion in village Gerdec, Albania, also highlighted the meeting. The SEEMACC representatives accepted a joint statement on this occasion.
