ITF Signed MoU with Germany

1,389,719 sq. meters of land to be cleared in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

H.E. Dr. Christian Hellbach, Ambasssador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Ambassador Damjan Bergant, ITF Enhancing Human Security Director, signed an Agreement in the amount of 1.2 million EUR on 20 April 2016 in Sarajevo, BiH.

With the amount secured mine clearance will be carried out on 24 project locations in Municipalities of Bosanska Krupa, Vogošća, Kalesija, Gračanica and Doboj in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2016. 1,389,719 sq. meters of mine contaminated land is planned to be cleared.
