ITF gave lectures at the OSCE Border College Seminar

ITF participated at the Land Mines and Border Security Issues organized in period 12-16 July 2010 by the OSCE Border Management Staff College in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, with the support of the OSCE Office in Tajikistan. ITF experts: Mr Iztok Ho?evar, Advisor to the Director, and Mr Luka Buhin, Project Manager - gave lectures on cross border cooperation in Mine Action in West Balkans and in South Caucasus in connection to Border Control and Security emphasising different aspects of such undertaking on the political, strategic and technical level.

The seminar was attended by 23 participants from the border and customs services and the Ministries of Defence and Interior from Afghanistan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Montenegro, Russia, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan.
