H.E. Mr Samuel Žbogar has with his participation in four marathons as the Slovenian Ambassador in the United States raised public awareness for the needs of landmine survivors and has generated private funding to provide medical care, rehabilitation and new replacement prostheses for six landmine survivors from Bosnia and Herzegovina in second half of 2007. The closing ceremony of the Campaign was held during the 21st Session of ITF Board of Advisors in Ig on 11 November 2008, where the final check was handed to ITF by H.E. Mr Samuel Žbogar.
