Association of Lions Clubs, District 129, donated for the second time in 2010

On 03 February 2010 ITF signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Lions Club Ankaran for the donation in amount of 6.300 EUR. The donation will be matched with the same amount of the donor funds of the United States and has been earmarked for rehabilitation of blind and visually impaired mine victims in the region of South East Europe. 

Through the year Association of Lions Clubs decided to additionally support ITF Mine Victims Assistance programs in the region of South East Europe. On 01 July 2010, Mr. Dorijan Marši?, ITF Director, signed the second MoU with Mrs. Polonca Kukec, Slovenian District Governor, for the donation in amount of 3.000 EUR. This donation will be also matched with the same amount of the donor funds of the United States.

To sum up Association of Lions Clubs, District 129, has donated 9.300 EUR to support ITF Mine Victims Assistance programs in the region of South Eat Europe, especialy for blind and visually impaired mine victims.
