The 15th South Eastern Europe Mine Action Coordination Council (SEEMACC) meeting was held on Thursday, 13 October 2005 in Bijela, Montenegro (SCG). Opening speech was delivered by Aleksandar Moštrokol (Secretary General; Government of Montenegro, Ministry of Foreign Affairs).The main point of the SEEMACC was dicussion about new SEEMACC rules of procedure and about implementation of common project proposal on borderline between Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia and Montenegro. The idea was to prepare one extensive project proposal where all national mine action centres will cooperate.
Next SEEMACC meeting is planned to be held in Sibenik, Croatia in April 2006.
